With the bookplate of Algernon Peckover on the front pastedown endpaper of volume one and a small leaflet with a catalogue of the wild beasts in His Majesty's menagery at the Tower laid in. Wear and fading to spines, chip to the head of the spine of volume one, some fading to the sides (especially to the front panel of volume two). Internally clean with some scattered foxing and offsetting. A good+ set. ; Quarto
